TFI Bikes is a self-service bike rental service open to everyone from the ages of 14 up. Stations are conveniently located through each city making it easy to get around on a TFI Bike, whether you are commuting to work, meeting friends or doing some sight-seeing.
Convenient Access
Each TFI Bikes station consists of a terminal and stands for the bikes. The bikes are locked into the stands, and released by the system when a bike is hired. When you’re done, the bike can be locked back into a stand at any station within the city.
Easy Subscription
An Annual Subscription is the easiest way to use TFI Bikes in the city – just present your membership card and enjoy the benefits, all year round, for just €10/year. The first 30-minutes of each hire is free. If you are hiring a bike for longer, a small service charge will apply.
Quality Bikes
TFI Bikes are high quality, and have seen major improvements recently. There is a useful basket on the front for a small bag, back and front lights which are lit whenever the bike is ridden and continuously variable gearing, which offers a smooth ride.

The solution
TFI Bikes is a self-service bike rental scheme that is open to everyone from the age of 14 in Cork, Limerick, Galway and Waterford. With stations located throughout each city to provide a healthy and convenient means of transport.
TFI Bikes are locked into the stands at terminals and are released by the system when a bike is hired. When you’re done, the bike can be locked back into a stand at any station within the city. The first 30-minutes of each hire is free. If you are hiring a bike for longer, a small service charge will apply.
TFI Bikes also have a useful basket on the front for a small bag, back and front lights which are lit whenever the bike is ridden and continuously variable gearing, which offers a smooth ride. There is also an Anti-Theft lock on the bike.

TFI Bikes are great for the environment! Each bike journey in 2023 was an average of 2.1 KM long. Added up for the year, TFI Bikes journeys totalled nearly 400,000 KM - enough to travel from Earth to the Moon!

Repair and Safety
In the event of the disappearance of a bike please notify us immediately.If there is something wrong with the bike, the saddle, basket, bell, brakes, lights or the tyres, let us know and we will get this repaired as soon as we can.
